2. What UCATbot Is

UCATbot is an AI-assisted UCAT preparation tool. It is intended to supplement your study, not replace official UCAT preparation materials or professional advice. UCATbot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pearson VUE or the UCAT Consortium.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use UCATbot.
You must have a valid Google account to register.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to scrape, copy or redistribute question content
Use automated tools, bots or scripts on the platform
Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
Use UCATbot for any unlawful purpose

5. Subscriptions and Payments

UCATbot offers a free tier and a paid subscription at £7.99/month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on UCATbot, including questions, explanations and UI design, is owned by TechzenDigital. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

UCATbot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific score improvement or exam outcome. Use of UCATbot is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TechzenDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of UCATbot.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of UCATbot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
